Recently we got a chance to review the RawEssence cookbook and we loved every part of it. As we try to eat healthier this cookbook is a perfect way to understand raw food and how to prepare it. There are picture guides and introductions that make shopping and making food easy. Delicious recipes that are pretty looking and taste amazing. Perfect to enjoy everyday and great for entertaining too.
