Refreshing Smoothie Recipe
This delicious lemony smoothie is a perfect refreshment for your body. Enjoy it anytime of the day guilt free since it has less than 100 calories per serving!
Lemony Pineapple Smoothie
1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
1 medium lemon hand squeezed
1 small banana (for a thicker smoothie use a frozen banana)
1 tablespoon ginger, grated
1/2 cup ice
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender. Blend everything for about 1 to 2 minutes (depending on your blender) or until everything is smooth and there are no large chunks.
Pour in tall glasses and serve. This makes two servings.
