We are always looking for ways to eat better and healthier. When we got the opportunity to review this cookbook we were excited to have so many delicious gluten-free recipes available when ever we want one. While no one in our house is sensitive to gluten we do try to limit it when ever possible.

In this cookbook you will find the guides on What is Gluten and Why Does it Matter, A Whole Grains Primer and Just the Grains. Each section offers great information. One of my favorite parts of the cookbook was learning more about the grains in the Just the Grains section and finding out more on what they are, how to buy them, store them, how to cook them and what is their nutritional value.

The recipes are easy to make and very delicious. We can’t wait to try them all. Another thing that is always a plus for me is that each recipe in this cookbook includes the nutrients per serving box, which is a great feature if you are watching your calorie intake like I am. I also love that many recipes are labeled with Vegetarian Friendly or Vegan Friendly making it easier on the days we want to be meat free.
