Delicious Banana Berry Smoothie

This yummy smoothie has only four ingredients and it’s all over delicious!

Classic Banana Berry Smoothie 

Ingredients:

1 medium banana (for a thicker smoothie use a frozen banana)

10 medium strawberries, cut in half

4 oz strawberry fruit yogurt

2 oz soy milk (or milk of choice)

Directions:

Combine all of your ingredients in a blender. Blend everything for about 1 to 2 minutes or until everything is well blended. Pour in tall glasses and serve. This makes two servings.
