Apple Carrot Smoothie

Ingredients:

2 cups baby carrots

2 medium apples, peeled, cored and cubed

1 medium banana, (for a thicker smoothie use a frozen banana)

2 oz orange juice

Directions:

Combine all of your ingredients in a blender. Blend everything for about 1 to 2 minutes or until everything is well blended. Pour in tall glasses and serve. This makes about two 12 oz servings.
