Eat Raw, Eat Well has 400 recipes that are perfect for everyone who loves eating the raw food diet, or those like us who are trying to eat a bit healthier. We recently received this cookbook for a review and the recipes are really easy to make, perfect even for picky eaters and very healthy.
So far our favorite recipes from this cookbook are:
- Pesto Coated Carrot and Parsnip Fettuccini
- Sweet Potato Chips
- Raspberry, Orange and Blueberry Parfait
- Cinnamon Pineapple Creamsicle Smoothie
We also tried making the Buckwheat and Sunflower Seed Pizza Crust which came out just beautiful and so yummy. We are so excited to try more of the yummy recipes from this cookbook like Cashew Cheesecake and Pecan Pie.
