Orange Banana Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 medium ruby-red grapefruit (juice and sections)
2 navel oranges
1 small banana (for a thicker smoothie use a frozen banana)
Directions:
Add grapefruit juice, sections, oranges and banana to your blender. Blend everything for about 1 to 2 minutes until you get a smooth texture. Pour in a tall glass and serve. This makes one drink.
