Green Smoothie for Breakfast


100 g fresh baby spinach

1 medium carrot, chopped

1 medium green apple, sliced

1 medium banana, sliced

1/2 cup of soy milk


Wash, peel, chop, measure ingredients. Add everything to the blender and process until smooth.

Serving size 24 oz. Makes about one serving.
