Delicious and Easy to make Coconut Bite Balls
This delicious recipe is so easy to make and it will become one of your favorites really fast. The coconut is just perfect and if you are a coconut lover you will love this too!
Coconut Bite Balls
2 cups dessicated coconuts, unsweetened
1 (14 oz.) can of sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup shredded coconut, for rolling
In a large bowl, mix together dessicated coconuts and condensed milk. Let the mixture sit for 15 minutes. If the consistency appears too watery add more dessicated coconut and mix until you get a mixture that can hold in the ball shape when formed.
Using your hands (same like when making meatballs) make balls with the coconut mixture and roll each in coconut flakes when done.
After you roll them in the coconut flakes place them on a baking sheet lined with a parchment paper (or in a bowl if you want to use less space) and put the coconut balls in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
