Mac and Cheese a Perfect Lunch or Dinner

There is nothing as yummy as a homemade Mac and Cheese. This recipe is so easy and one your family will love.

Ingredients:

1/2 box of Elbow Macaroni

2 cups of shredded Mild Cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons of butter

1 cup of milk

Salt to taste

Directions:

Cook pasta according to the box instructions. When done, drain and set aside.

In the same pot you cooked pasta in add butter, cheese and milk. Add in salt to taste if needed. Over medium/low heat whisk everything together until cheese has melted and the mixture is smooth.

Return in the cooked pasta. Mix everything together until cheese mixture is distributed evenly over pasta.

Remove from the heat and serve right away!
