Delicious Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie with Coconut Water
Nothing goes as well as strawberries and kiwi. But when you add to it some coconut water you are in for a blast of tropical goodness that will not only refresh you, but make you feel better as well!

Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup large strawberries, cut in half
2 green kiwi fruits, peeled and roughly chopped
1 small banana, (for a thicker smoothie use a frozen banana)
1/2 cup coconut water

Directions:
Combine all of your ingredients in a blender. Blend everything for about 1 to 2 minutes, or until everything is well blended and creamy. Pour in glasses and serve. This makes about 2 servings.
Note: Banana in this smoothie is used in place of yogurt and for thickness. If you prefer yogurt instead just use 1/2 cup vanilla or plain yogurt.
