Red, White and Blue Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup large strawberries, cut in half

1 small banana, (for a thicker smoothie use a frozen banana)

1 cup seedless Concord grapes, (also known as the blue grapes)

1 cup water

Red, White and Blue Smoothie Recipe

Directions:

Combine all of your ingredients in a blender. Blend everything for about 1 to 2 minutes, or until everything is well blended and creamy. Pour in glasses and serve. This makes about 2 servings.
