Good Morning Smoothie
Ingredients:
2 cups fresh strawberries, cut in half
1 cup fresh carrots, cut (you can use either regular or baby carrots)
1 medium banana, (for a thicker smoothie use a frozen banana)
3/4 cup (6.oz) fat-free blueberry yogurt
1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice

Directions:
Combine all of your ingredients in a blender. Blend everything for about 1 to 2 minutes or until everything is well blended. Pour in tall glasses and serve. This makes two servings.
