Sidewalk Chalk & Kefir Smoothie
Nothing says summer like sidewalk chalk and a yummy smoothie to cool off the heat… Kids go wild for both, we promise!
Summer Kefir Smoothie
1 cup Lifeway Lowfat Pomegranate Kefir
1 small banana, (for a thicker smoothie use a frozen banana)
8 medium strawberries, (fresh or frozen)
Add your ingredients in a blender and blend for about 1 to 2 minute, or until everything is smooth and creamy. This makes two (8 oz) or one (16 oz) smoothie. Nutrition facts are calculated for two (8 oz) smoothies. Garnish with fresh strawberries and/or banana slices and you are ready to enjoy!!!
