Energizing Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

2 cups fresh baby spinach

1/2 banana (for a thicker smoothie use a frozen banana)

1/2 kiwi fruit

1/4 cup fresh raspberries

1/2 cup coconut water

Directions:

Wash and cut your ingredients. Add everything in a blender and blend for about 1 minute, or until well blended and creamy. This makes one (16 oz) smoothie.

  1. This was my very first Green Smoothie experience and it was a complete success!! The only things I did differently were I used a whole banana and a cup of coconut water. Delicious!
